The hospital confirmed that the couple’s first child weighed approximately 6lbs. 6 ounces, and that both mother and child are in excellent health. Big congrats to them.

Peter Okoye & Lola Omotayo Welcome Baby Girl

Peter Okoye of P-Square has added another addition to his already family of two, which now makes them three. Peter's babymama, Lola Omotayo gave birth to a baby girl in the United States of America today.

The new baby girl is an addition to their first child, who is a son named Cameron. Lola jetted out of Nigeria to America in late 2012.

Meanwhile, the child was named Aliona. We cannot confirm at the moment if Peter will arrive Nigeria anytime soon with his family from
America.

On Thursday, the We Found Love singer hit the studio with her on/off boyfriend Chris Brown. The duet is set to be the couple’s fourth musical collaboration after Nobodies Business and remixes for Birthday Cake and Turn Up The Music. Rihanna and Breezy partied at Emerson nightclub together Friday night and then had a sleepover, which the pop star captured on her Instagram.

 
Although it’s yet to be seen on whose album their new collaboration will feature on, Rihanna is keen to let the world know wants Brown back in her life. The Talk That Talk singer posted the artwork for her new single Stay on Instagram which shows her snuggling into a heavily tattooed man’s neck, and while blurry, the tattoos looks to be Chris. The single Stay – which is a collaboration with Mikky Ekko – is believed to be about Rihanna’s inability to stop loving Brown.

The camera is not worth $2, 000 but the UK based Nigerian singer is offering that amount to anyone who finds the missing camera. He said he lost it in December at a Night club.
Kas said:

"That digital camera contains my private stuff that I am not ready to share with the public. I’ll give $2,000 to anyone or group of persons who are in its possession,”

Profiles The 2013 Africa Cup of Nations is an opportunity for South Africa to exorcise several ghosts, not least the embarrassing manner in which the country contrived to deny itself qualification for the Gabon/Equatorial Guinea showpiece in 2012. Bafana Bafana has the players, the resources and the home support. But the team also has a tendency to frustrate its fans by failing to live up to expectations.
It will hope that new coach, Gordon Igesund’s tenure, has fostered self-belief and tactical maturity. Bafana could not have asked for a better fixture to kick off its campaign on home turf. Victory against minnow, Cape Verde in the tournament opener, should set the tone, get the partisan home support behind the team and put the host on its way to progress. However, Bafana can’t afford to underestimate the tournament debutantes. Any team that beats four-time AFCON champion, Cameroon to qualify for the finals, must be taken seriously.
Angola and Morocco are expected to provide much sterner tests for the 1996 champion than the Blue Sharks. In fact, dismissing Cape Verde’s claims, it should be a three-way fight for the two knockout berths. Palancas Negras may not have achieved much at an AFCON tournament, with a quarterfinal appearance been their best showing to date. However, the team will fancy its chances in a group of underachievers.
Morocco, champion in 1976 and regular at AFCON championships, is very unpredictable. Its fortunes hinge on which Morocco team shows up in South Africa. If the Moroccans can get their act together, they could make the battle for the quarterfinal places very interesting.

Tragedy: Valdes Set To Leave Barcelona

 The 30-year-old has spent his entire professional career at the Nou Camp but, in a statement released by his agents, has revealed the “irrevocable decision” not to pen a new deal.

Thursday’s statement from principal agent Gines Carvajal to news agency Efe read: “The agents of Victor Valdes have communicated to Barcelona in a meeting held this afternoon the irrevocable decision of the player to not renew his contract.”

The Spain international’s deal expires in June 2014 but Barca are likely to have interest in Valdes before then and speculation will mount regarding his future.

Valdes recently suggested he would consider a move to another league and that opens up the possibility of a reunion with former Barcelona head coach Pep Guardiola at Bayern Munich.

36 year old Man Rapes Paralysed Granny on wheelchair

An assistant builder raped a paralysed granny who is on a wheelchair after she spurned his advances for sex, a Harare magistrate has heard.

Francis Franco, 36, allegedly demanded sex from the woman before forcibly raping her. He appeared before magistrate Sandra Mpindu on rape charges yesterday.

The court heard that Franco, who was employed at the 61-year-old woman's house as an assistant builder, went to the granny's place in November last year and found her sleeping. Franco allegedly demanded sex but the woman refused.

Prosecutor Liberty Gono told the court that Franco increased the television's volume, approached the woman who was seated in a wheelchair, forcibly removed her skirt before raping her.

According to the prosecution, the woman tried to scream but to no avail as she was not feeling well. After the act, the court heard, Franco put on his clothes and left the house.

The woman later narrated her ordeal to a woman only identified as Mai Bellah who filed a police report leading to Franco's arrest. Mpindu remanded Franco in custody to January 23 for trial.
