#BBATheChase: ‘I Once Aborted A Four-Month Old Pregnancy’ - Beverly Confesses

One of Nigeria’s representatives on Big Brother The Chase, Beverly Ada Osu has made several confessions in the name of gisting with housemates.

Beverly first caught viewers’ attention in the house when she was made the Head of house (HOH) and given a task memo to read to the housemates. She couldn’t read it out claiming the grammar in the memo was not comprehensive; even though she said it was a joke, she became a laughing stock on twitter for her inability to read well.

The dark video vixen also mentioned in the house that she and her friends used to do ‘runs’, extorting money from men.

Last week, she made two revelations that seem to have made her friends and family dumbfounded; firstly, she said she once aborted a four month old pregnancy and then she revealed that her mother used to live in America but was deported and arrested some years ago when caught carrying drugs.

#BBATheChase Breaking News: Selly Disqualified?

Ruby House dancing Queen and now notorious rabble-rouser, Selly, was on the receiving end of a severe talking to by Big Brother this evening. In case you missed it, the Ghanaian stunned her fellow Housemates and viewers alike during the Channel O party on Saturday night, when she dumped a glass full of alcohol over Pokello's head with absolutely no provocation that would warrant such.

This evening, Big Brother called all the Rubies, who have talked about the incident in hushed tones since it happened, to the lounge to hand out his punishment. Deafening silence descended over the House as full, uncut footage of the incident was beamed into the House. The culprit, Selly, looked on in what looked to be sheer agony and embarrassment as she was exposed for all to see.

When asked to explain herself in the Diary Room, a panic-stricken Selly told Big Brother she delivered her golden booze shower because Pokello is a good dancer. "I poured alcohol over Pokello's head to show her that she was really dancing well. I didn't do it to provoke her because we get along. I realised later that she didn't find it amusing. We have spoken about it and I have apologised”, she said. Selly went on to reveal how she does the same in Ghana when her friends excel on the dance floor.

When Selly emerged from the Diary Room to apologise once again, Pokello told her "It's okay. Don't worry about it". Take a look at the footage below and share your thoughts. Was Selly giving props or was she trying to stir up trouble?

Big Brother has introduced a Strike Wall that will serve as a reminder that Housemates are not a law unto themselves. This particular incident happens to be Selly's first strike and should she receive three more strikes, she will be expelled from the game.

#BBATheChase: Cleo and Hakeem's First Kiss (LOOK)

Cleo and Hakeem finally sealed the deal with a kiss.

After a brief reunion in the Arena yesterday, Hakeem and Cleo finally got to spend quality time in the Rendezvous. At first, the two lovebirds seemed really shy and were afraid to even look at each other.

Once the yummy bubbly Big Brother had provided for the occasion had loosened them up a bit, it was all systems go. Hakeem took off his shoes and jumped on the bed in the centre of the gorgeous Rendezvous Room. Cleo followed suit and the two sat staring into each other’s eyes.

Hakeem opened up to his Zambian squeeze, telling her "You'll always have me. I'll always be there for you". All Cleo could do was blush furiously at the compliments coming out of her beau's mouth. At some point Hakeem told Cleo "I don't want to hear any of this ONeal nonsense. I want to protect your hear", he said. We wonder what Hakeem could have been referring to.

After a blissful hour of conversation, the two lovebirds ended their perfect evening with a passionate kiss.

A debate seems to be in full steam amongst our viewers, the topic at hand being which ladies are hotter: the Rubies or the Diamonds. 

With the likes of Dillish, Betty, Feza, Motamma, Fatima and Annabel in the Diamond House, one can see why they stand to be tough competition for the Ruby chicks, Maria, Selly, Natasha, Beverly, Pokello, Cleo and Koketso. 

The Chase has presented quite a variety of Africa’s finest women who are not just beauties but are filled with massive intellect as well. This is visible through their strategy of the game, the way they carry themselves in the Houses and of course, their physical appearances. 

One would ask why Betty has settled on being with Sierre Leonean hunk, Bolt in the Diamond House and Why Koketso has set her eyes on Uganda’s LK4. Is it all real or are the women merely playing a hand that’s dealt to them?

Sex hangs in the air, as pungent as the scent of an insecticide. You can crush it. All that looms around the Ruby housemates is sex, relationships, rejection and betrayal. 

Koketso, LK4 and Beverly are in a love triangle that is getting harder to unknot. 

Angelo is biting his lips because Huddah planted a kiss on Hakeem’s lips and not his when she was leaving. He also feels like a double loser as Annabel has changed towards him ever since it was revealed that she has a crush on him and he let it be known that he does not feel the same way. 

Annabel, confessed that she feels uncomfortable around Angelo, now that the cat has been let out of the bag (her crush on him). 

Nando is lusting after Dillish as he revealed in his diary sessions but Dillish harbours no such thought as she sees him as a friend. 

Bolt and Betty are doing fine and seem like the most sane pair around the house.

 One of the housemates representing Zimbabwe in the ongoing BBA – The Chase, Pokello Nare has been hit by a sex tape scandal a few days after she entered the BBA house.

According to Peacefmonline.com investigations, the said sex tape was acted and recorded by Pokello and her boyfriend Desmond Chideme also known as Stunner who is popular urban grooves artiste.

Stunner is famous for his role in a leaked sex tape in which he had sex with his socialite girlfriend Pokello Nare. In the video, he is seen having sex without protection with the girl that he is not married to. The ‘Godo’ hit maker also went public as he got circumcised in a bid to promote education on HIV/AIDS and how to prevent the Aids scourge.

Apparently the sex tape was reportedly shot at his Avondale home with his girlfriend Pokello Nare. Desmond Chideme is his actual name and he’s a “Zimbabwean urban groover” – probably why we can’t find the tape because it would be hosted on a foreign site and written in another language – if popularity arises then we will seek further for the tape.

Harare-born Pokello has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communications and owns a luxury shoe boutique. She enjoys pasta, spaghetti bolognaise and prawn cocktail.

She describes herself as “dynamic, captivating, intelligent, beautiful & hilarious” and says that the best thing about her is that she’s head-strong and a woman of real substance. “When I speak, I speak with depth and confidence,” she says. She admires people who are selfless and filled with humility and modesty, disliking disloyalty and betrayal.

Asked what viewers can expect from her, she says: “I am beautiful, intelligent, controlling and entertaining. I am funny and witty and I say the most humorous things.

Pokello says if she wins the USD 300 000, she’ll buy a big house for her son and herself, send him to a full-time soccer academy in London and invest in her business.

He’s not revealing much on that front but Nando feels the game could be a lot more interesting if more women were at his disposal. Biggie asked him to decide on what type he wants and should get back to him. But that’s Biggie and his famous ‘humour’. This is as good as it get Nando.

Nigeria’s representative in the on-going Big Brother Africa, Beverly Osu, when asked if she would fall in love in the house, as a norm in the BBA House, the tall and sexy lady said, she had had enough in the hands of men, and that she is likely going in there to try her best to bring the glory home but for love, she is not sure of what will happen.

This is what she said, “I was in a relationship with this guy and I was close to marrying, but I broke up with him just because after fighting with my parents over him, and with my friends too; I found out that he had not a single feeling and neither did he love me at all so I had to break up with him. After all that this guy did to me, every guy that I meet and seem to fall in love with or any one that tells me he's in love with me, I don't take them seriously. All I know is that you guys will be chasing something and on getting it, you leave the morning after that.”

#BBATheChase HOH: Beverly Rules The Roost!

Beverly from Nigeria is officially the Sheriff of the Ruby House.

The underwear model and video vixen beat her fellow Housemates to the Head Of House title after a stressful day which saw both Houses putting up their fellow Housemates for possible Eviction.

Beverly is sitting pretty at the top and has the stressful, but completely necessary task of making a smart 'Save' and 'Replace' move tonight during the Nominations Show.

Ghana's Selly and Sierra Leone's Bassey both lead the pack with six Nominations apiece. They are followed by Malawi's Natasha and Zimbabwe's Hakeem, who have three Nominations each. Zambia's Cleo and Angola's Bigeusus, on the other hand, have two Nominations each.

#BBATheChase: Heating Up The Jacuzzi

The Ruby Housemates decided to push Nominations blues aside by stripping down to the bare minimums.

The Jacuzzi is always a hot bed of all kinds of hanky panky. This evening was no different, as the Housemates decided to give the warm bubbles a go, champagne in hand of course.

Nigeria's Beverly seemed to be in her element as she sashayed through the garden and into the Jacuzzi, in a tiny bikini. Not to be outdone, Bassey pulled up his boxers, to hilarious effect.

The Sierra Leonean showed off his pert bottom, which hung out for all to see. After taking a look at himself in the bedroom mirror, he decided to ditch the look altogether, pulled his boxers to a decent length and made a beeline for the Jacuzzi.

Zimbabwe's Hakeem couldn't resist copping a feel of the Head of House's bottom as the whole gang chilled in the warm water. Beverly didn't seem to mind one bit and showed her appreciation by doing a little booty hop.

Zambia's Cleo on the other hand, decided the Jacuzzi would be the perfect spot for her to show off her impressive rapping skills. She ran through a couple of popular songs with precision and was eventually joined by her fellow Housemates, who couldn't resist. Very soon the sound of music reverberated across the House as the champagne took effect.

As if sensing she could be up for possible Eviction this week, Natasha from Malawi kept her clothing firmly on and decided to skip the festivities. She changed into her pyjamas and called it a night.

#BBATheChase Nominations: Five In Danger!

It has been confirmed. The dreaded Eviction chop looms for five Housemates.

After only 24 hours in the game, some Housemates are faced with the very real possibly of being sent packing this early in the game.

You could cut the tension with a knife as the Housemates gathered in the lounges of both Houses, waiting for Big Brother's Nominations announcement. When Biggie finally put the Rubies out of their misery, Selly couldn't contain herself.

The Ghanaian hottie looked stunned as her name was called out. Later she burst into tears at the realisation that she could be headed home and had to be consoled by Hakeem who told her "It's okay sweetie. Just stay focused. It’s only a game".

Bassey, on the other hand, did not let his emotions out of the bag and simply looked on as his name was called. Rubies Head of House, Bev, then went to the Diary Room where she elected to save Bassey from the Eviction gallows. In his place, she put Natasha up.

Diamonds Head of House, Feza, did not budge from her earlier Nomination decision and swiftly saved Elikem from possible Eviction. She put Ethiopia's Betty in his place instead. After an emotional rollercoaster of a day, some Housemates can definitely rest easy, while others can look forward to a horrid week that just could be their last.
