Forbes has released the list of the most powerful celebrities in the world. TV host, Oprah Winfrey came out in to place. She has held this position four times before.Forbes calculates celebrity's earnings on income from tours, contracts, endorsements, movies, plus presence on social media and in the press.

I am quite surprised Jay Z did not make the list....o_O
